Robert Wilkinson is a negotiation and leadership specialist, who helps organizations deal with a variety of negotiation, leadership and management challenges. He is a faculty member at Harvard University, where he teaches graduate courses on leadership in complex environments, and on negotiation theory and practice. Rob has won several Dean’s Teaching Awards at Harvard, and also served as a Special Advisor on Negotiation at the Massachusetts Institute for Technology (MIT).

Rob actively consults for numerous Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, international organizations, and charities, helping them to increase their effectiveness. He has nearly 25 years of experience in more than 45 countries, within the private, public and non-profit sectors.

Corporate clients include Chevron, General Mills, IBM, Fidelity Investments, ExxonMobile, Merck, Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Johnson & Johnson, and several others.

Public and non-profit clients include The World Bank, International Monetary Fund (IMF), United Nations, National Urban League, World Wildlife Fund, The US Office of Personnel Management (OPM), US Postal Service, and the White House, where he trained Presidential Appointees in negotiation, leadership and management skills.

Previously, Rob held several international management positions with the United Nations, Oxfam and the Department for International Development (DFID), where he successfully led global, multi-million dollar programs in complex environments throughout Asia, Africa, Europe and Latin America.

Rob earned his Masters of Science (MS) from Stanford University, and Bachelors of Science (BS) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
