Angelique Skoulas is a consultant with The Grady Company specializing in the areas of leadership, negotiation, and conflict management. She has worked internationally with a variety of organizations in identifying leadership competencies, designing and delivering learning initiatives, and providing executive coaching.

Angelique is affiliated with the Harvard Mediation Program at Harvard Law School, where she teaches mediation.  She is an adjunct faculty member at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where she is co-director for a three-year leadership program for graduate students and a lecturer on effective communication. Her teaching programs are strongly influenced by her political and public policy experience in Washington, DC; by theories of interest-based negotiation developed at the Harvard Negotiation Project; and by her work with Ron Heifetz, author of Leadership Without Easy Answers.

Angelique began her career as a dentist, managing a busy practice in Santa Clara, California while teaching dentistry at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. For almost a year, she lived in Belize, Central America, where she ran a pediatric dental clinic and served a population of 4000 residents. Later, she was the senior health care advisor to a leading Member of the US House of Representatives.

Angelique holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry; a Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government; and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. She is a recipient of the American Association for the Advancement of Science Congressional Fellowship Award.
